Mutual Agreement

The Covenant That Governs Our Engagement

Before We Begin

Every engagement with Binshad Rahman is governed by a mutual covenant. This is not a contract of adhesion; it is a shared commitment to clarity, discretion, and outcomes. By requesting a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the principles below.

1. Strategic Audience Criteria

I work exclusively with:

  • Established business owners, executives, and institutional leaders
  • Organizations in Real Estate, Healthcare, Retail, and adjacent high-stakes sectors
  • Clients prepared for a paid intake and advisory engagement
  • Decision-makers who value systemic logic over surface-level tactics

2. Sectors I Do Not Serve

Out of loyalty to my mentors and institutional partners, and to preserve the integrity of my advisory focus, I do not accept automotive marketing, automotive consultancy, or related projects. This boundary is non-negotiable.

3. Mutual Obligations

I commit to:

  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Institutional-grade analytical rigor
  • Honest assessments, even when inconvenient
  • Focused, outcome-driven communication

In return, I expect clients to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information about the challenge
  • Respect the time and process of the engagement
  • Honor payment terms and commitments
  • Recognize that strategic results require institutional patience

4. Paid Intake Protocol

All engagements begin with a paid consultation. This filters for commitment and ensures that our time is valued from the first interaction. The intake fee is applied toward the broader engagement should we proceed.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultation and engagement is treated as strictly confidential. I do not disclose client identities, strategies, or outcomes without explicit written permission.
