Professional Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Binshad.me ("the Service") operated by Binshad Rahman PA. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This agreement constitutes a professional contract between you ("Client") and Binshad.me for the provision of strategic digital consultancy services.

1. Services Description

Binshad.me provides:

• Digital Transformation Strategy: Comprehensive digital roadmap development
• Systems Architecture: Technical framework design and implementation
• SEO & Digital Presence: Search optimization and online visibility
• Process Automation: Workflow optimization and system integration
• Strategic Consulting: Business growth through digital logic

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information about business requirements
• Maintain timely communication and decision-making
• Provide necessary access to systems and data as required
• Honor payment terms as outlined in project agreements
• Respect project scope and agreed timelines
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project. Binshad.me retains rights to proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in service delivery.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business information shared during engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to termination date.
